My name is Sage, I'm pretty terrible with profile writing, but I'll give it a try.

I try to be as original and real as possible, who wants to be fake anyway? I say what I mean and mean what I say; at least I always try to. I'm not perfect by any means, I have more flaws than I'd like to admit to, then again, who doesn't? They are part of what make me who I am though, and in spite of them, I still think I'm pretty awesome, even though most of the time I probably won't. I both love, and hate life, because it has brought me unimaginable pain, but nearly equal joy as well. I do my best to take everything in stride, to only stress over the important stuff, and to remember to stop and smell the roses every now and then.

I'm in my mid 20s, and I still don't really know what I want to do with my life. Sometimes that bothers me, but I like to think I'll figure it out when the time is right. I'm honestly something of a wanderer at heart. I want a career that I enjoy, and to work to live, not the other way around. I do however, have two great passions in my life, art, and history. I'm definitely rather geeky in that respect. They branch out into all kinds of interests with many crossovers, art is art, whether it's painting, music, writing, etc.. They're sort of my escape from the troubles of the day to day world. I consider myself an artist in all that I do. I'm something of a historian as well. I have an interest in all historical periods, but I definitely specialize in mid-late 1800s U.S. history, and to a lesser extent the Roman era.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm a rather odd person, but I enjoy it. I'm very open minded, I feel that I have no room to judge anyone unless given reason to. I might seem rather shy and quiet, but once you get to know me you usually can't shut me up. I'm easy to get along with, and it takes a lot to make me mad or creeped out.

Going to a movie, dinner, or something where we can spend time together and get to know each other more. I'm not very picky, I just want the other person to show me that they're truely interested in getting to know me. It could be fastfood, or something fancy for all I care. It's being with the person that matters to me, no matter where it's at, as long as we would get time alone together.

I'm always willing to try new things. There isn't much I can think of off the top of my head though.
