Hi thanks for viewing my profile.

In the interest of being upfront I have Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and I am in a wheelchair. If you knew me, you'd know that the wheelchair doesn't define me. My positive nature and outgoing personality do. My favorite t-shirt sums it up; it has a handicapped sign on it and says "I'm just in it for the parking". I don’t want to anyone to make false assumptions about me, there are some things I can’t do like other people do, but that doesn’t mean I am not as active as anyone else...it simply means I have to go about things differently sometimes.Backing away from a challenge just isn't my style, but handling whatever life throws at me with ease is. I am strong, determined and courageous; I know that relationships and women are precious and should be treated as such.
I am most grateful for the opportunities that I've had in life and my family/friends who have always supported me. I enjoy spending time with my friends watching sports/movies or just going on random adventures, I like to go see live comedy, check out the festivals in summer, go to concerts, hang out with friends, etc.
